SALES

Sales are activities related to selling or the number of MACHINE or services sold in a given time period. The seller, or the provider of the goods or services, completes a sale in response to an acquisition, appropriation, requisition, or a direct interaction with the buyer at the point of sale.

AFTER SALES

After-sales support is a service that is provided after machine or services have been sold. Most after-sales support involves a guarantee, warranty, upgrade or repair service. Some of the after sales customer supports includes an ongoing relationship with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) throughout the life cycle of the product or service, while other warranties are under time constraints

INVENTORY

A spare part, spare, service part, repair part, or replacement part, is an interchangeable part that is kept in an inventory and used for the repair or replacement of failed units.

BACK OFFICE

Provides the required documentation and technical support to the front office to facilitate the course of work and the business transactions.

LOGISTIC

Planning, execution, and control of the procurement, movement, and stationing of personnel, material, and other resources to achieve the objectives of a machine, plan, project, or strategy.
