Employer: We are an authorized multi-brand dealership, operational in eastern India since 1990s. Having 1000+ employees and having best practices in employee remuneration and welfare. We are dealers for a multinational brand making Mining Equipment, Crushers, compressors, cranes, Excavators, wheel leaders, soil compactors, PTRs & Pavers.

Job Requirements: To lead a team of qualified and trained sales, service and parts executives in the region. Will lead the sales of mining equipment (essentially tunneling equipment) of leading brands as SSS dealership in North east, along with compressors, compaction and lifting equipment.

Will be involved in Key account management, increasing the customer reach and spreading the pie equally between mining and material handling equipment in the region.

Will be responsible to lead a large team of sales and service engineers and parts sales executives.

Will be required to keep customer relations and should have the ability to sell. Will be responsible for new equipment sales, repeat orders from existing clients, sales of ASCs, paid services apart from maintaining customer relations, MTTR and FTF.

Remuneration: Best in the industry. Salary is not a bar for the right candidate. The candidate will be responsible for the bottom lines of the vertical and hence will also be eligible for suitable bonuses on top of the CTC we will offer.

Employee profile sought:

Age/ Sex: Preferably 30 to 40 years of age/ M/F.

Languages Known: Fluent English and Hindi. Knowledge of spoken Bengali/ Assamese would be a plus.

Driving skills: Should have a 4-wheeler Driving license.

Traveling requirements: Job involves extensive traveling across northeastern India. The candidate should be willing to travel and should have experience of similar extensive traveling in the past.

Education: Diploma OR graduation in engineering is preferred.

Computer knowledge: Should be well versed with MS office. Power point and Xcel advanced skills are always an advantage.

Experience & requirements: Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in Mining Equipment, especially in rock cutting/ tunneling equipment. Should be exposed to sales, service and parts activities of the business.

The ideal candidate would have started his career as a service engineer and will have hands-on experience on mining equipment, would have worked directly or through channel partners for the brands like EPIROC, SANDVIK, etc.

The candidate would have spent most of his initial part of career with services of equipment and would have grown to evolved in to sales and presently leading a team of sales and service engineers.

Candidate should have experience of managing a team size of 10+ sales/service engineers and parts division as well. Should be able to value sell and maintain good relationship with customers and principals both.
